With over 10 years of experience in HR and recruiting, Ben Russell has dedicated his career to helping grow, develop and stabilize dynamic, emerging growth technology firms. As Bullhorn's Vice President of Human Resources, Ben leads Bullhorn's HR function globally, overseeing all initiatives related to talent attraction, development and retention.

Before joining Bullhorn, Ben held a successful and diverse track record of HR and recruiting leadership. He began his career in the staffing and recruiting industry, recruiting talent for a wide range of companies across a multitude of industries. In 2000, Ben made the transition from the agency world to corporate HR, where he led recruiting initiatives for emerging growth high tech firms such as StorageNetworks, Aspen Technology and Amicore, Inc. As his career progressed, Ben's leadership extended to cover the major areas of human resources including, employee relations, recruiting, performance management and organizational design and development.

His diverse background, matched with a strong understanding of the staffing and recruiting industry, has been critical in Ben's role with Bullhorn. Today he leads his team in driving unique HR initiatives, while continuing to identify and recruit the edgiest talent in support of Bullhorn's rapid global expansion.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Colby College, in Maine.
