Matt Trail

Vice President of Client Services

In his 13+ years of experience combining Business Operations & Technology, Matt Trail has developed a proven track record of building business operations, process, teams and technology.

As Bullhorn's Vice President of Client Services, Matt leads Bullhorn's client facing groups, which includes: Client Services, Technical Support and eServices. He also manages Bullhorn's internal business operations. Under Matt's leadership, Bullhorn's client facing teams have grown 500%, while consistently improving Bullhorn's client satisfaction scores.

Prior to Bullhorn, Matt was at Sentient Jet, Inc where he joined as employee fifteen and designed and developed a custom ERP solution that facilitated significant growth and allowed the company to scale from 15 to 100 employees. His focus was on understanding Sentient's operational needs and designing custom software to allow Sentient to become a leader in the private aviation industry.

Before Bullhorn, Matt was a technical consultant at Viant, Inc. and Primix, Inc. As a consultant, Matt provided technical advice, as well as designed and developed custom business operations software, for a wide variety of companies across multiple industries, including: Sears, Bank of America, Hewlett-Packard, ConAgra and Hughes Christensen.

In his free time, Matt competes in triathlons, actively raises money for the National MS Society and enjoys being outside with his family. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Middlebury College and an M.B.A from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
